Peaks is looking for an Digital Marketeer

We’re Peaks, an innovative Dutch scale-up. Our app launched in November 2017 and ever since, we’ve made investing accessible and fun, for anyone. Our app is easy to use, looks amazing (if we may say so ourselves) and communicates in a clear and cheerful way. 

We’re not just a scale-up: we’re partly funded by one of the largest banks in The Netherlands. Our company has over forty employees and we’re all ambitious about conquering not only the Dutch market, but also the rest of Europe, to begin with Germany. This means we as a company are growing fast, and so is our customer base. That’s why we need you: a talented and enthusiastic Digital marketeer. 

What are you going to do?

Together with our team of marketeers, data scientists, product developers, copywriters, (ux) designers and customer care agents, you will create experiences and campaigns that effectively realize our engagement ambitions. You will be primarily responsible for driving consumers to continue investing with Peaks and use our referral program to help others in taking their first steps towards financial freedom. You’ll cover execution of customer journeys and engagement campaigns, e.g.: email, pushmessaging, app behaviour, blog. It’s no problem for you to develop and execute detailed quarterly marketing plans and reports. By taking care of our customer base you’ll help us in becoming the most successful (micro-)investment app in Europe. 

We most probably like you a lot if you…

  • Have 3-5 years customer and marketing experience, preferably in a pure digital environment
  • Love KPIs, such as churn rate, referral rate and NPS
  • Are great at execution of improvements and campaigns and focused on outcomes. 
  • Have experience with BI-tooling, and related query languages like mySQL, SQL etc. 
  • Are skilled in planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities at once
  • Can run and create your own data reports on ROI of engagement campaigns and initiatives
  • Are able to do your own research to create more in-depth insights in our customer base. You like to play around with customer data and draw your conclusions to help the engagement team.
  • Provide structure in your work and can prioritize high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward
  • Exhibit high degrees of creativity to support ideation of marketing campaigns that appeal to a wide range of customers
  • Have a self-starter attitude and are comfortable with constant change: you enjoy working in a fast-paced & changing environment
